Rebooking & Cancellation:

Free rescheduling to the same time slot in the following week is possible up to 12 hours before the lesson (via the link in the confirmation email). Rescheduling to a different day or time is not possible.
Cancellations less than 12 hours before the lesson or no-shows will be charged the full fee, regardless of the reason.
