Valid for a Wix website with Zoom and/or Google Meet integration

This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected and used on my website – especially when using Wix.com, Zoom, or Google Meet.

This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel.

Wix stores your data on secure servers located in the USA, Israel, or the EU. Wix complies with GDPR. I have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Wix.

4. Data I Collect
I collect personal data only when you actively provide it, for example through:

  • Contact forms

  • Booking lessons via my website

  • Email or Zoom/Google Meet contact

This may include:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Language level or learning goals

  • Your IP address (automatically collected by Wix)

 

5. Use of Zoom and Google Meet
I use online video platforms to conduct lessons:

When you join a Zoom or Google Meet session, the following data may be processed:

  • Name (you can choose what to enter)

  • Email address (if invited)

  • Audio and video data

  • Chat messages (if used)

I do not record sessions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

I have signed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Zoom according to GDPR Article 28.
Google Meet is provided under Google's general terms and privacy policy, which also comply with GDPR requirements for EU users.

 

6. Cookies and Tracking
Wix uses cookies to ensure functionality. When you visit the website, a cookie banner asks for your consent.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some functions may not work properly without cookies.

 

7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
