Package Policy:
Payment is required upfront for all lessons when booking the first lesson to secure your package spot. After the first lesson is booked, you will receive a link to book the remaining lessons (4 for a 5-lesson package or 9 for a 10-lesson package) within 3 months from the purchase date without additional payment. This link will be displayed on the confirmation page and included in the confirmation email.
Please be aware that all 5 or 10 lessons must be used within 3 months. Any unused lessons will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Rebooking & Cancellation:

Free rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before the appointment (via the link in the confirmation email).

Late cancellations: If you cancel less than 12 hours before the appointment, the full lesson fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. This also applies in case of no-shows.
